Maserati dedicates new super car to Stirling Moss
This month, the premiere of the Maserati MC20 super car was supposed to take place, but because of the situation inside the international, the display become postponed till as a minimum the stop of September. In the meantime, the manufacturer has distributed fresh photos of the prototype with unusual camouflage in social networks.
The coloring book is dedicated to the British rider Stirling Moss, who died a month ago at the age of 90 years. Over the years, Sir Moss has been driving the Maserati 250F, Tipo 60 Birdcage, Tipo 61 and 300 S, but this livery is a reference to the Eldorado model. As for the MC20, it will receive a mid-engine layout with a fundamentally new unit of its own design Maserati. Following the coupe will release an open-top model.
It is expected that the hybrid and fully electric versions will come into the family over time – despite the fact that the new GranTurismo and GranCabrio will also become electric vehicles.
