KIA published the first image of the new generation Carnival – a model that was once sold in Russia. Judging by the teaser, the minivan will look like a crossover – a well-known trend of our days.

No technical data is available right now, according to rumors, the Sorento platform will serve as the basis for the family model. There, most likely, they will borrow a line of engines.

A full-fledged premiere is scheduled for this summer, the start of sales in the home South Korean market – in the third quarter of the year. The possibility of Carnival returning to Russia at the local KIA office is still being studied.
